First, don't get close to the heat source

When placing high and low temperature test chambers, 60~70cm of maintenance and maintenance space should be reserved on both sides to help dissipate heat from high and low temperature test chambers. Also be careful not to put some heat-generating appliances together to avoid increasing the power consumption of the high and low temperature test chambers.

Second, the opening time of the high and low temperature test chamber should be short. In case of power failure, do not rush to open the high and low temperature test chamber door.

Third, the ambient temperature difference is not too big

The temperature difference in the use environment is too large, which will cause the high and low temperature test chamber to generate a large amount of water vapor during use. Over time, it will accelerate the corrosion of components, which can easily lead to damage to high and low temperature test chambers.

Fourth, do not stop high and low temperature test chamber

In order to save electricity, many customers will put it in a "hibernation" state if it is not used temporarily. In fact, this is unscientific and may affect the service life of high and low temperature test chambers because of high and low temperature. Most of the evaporators in the test chamber are aluminum products. 

After the deactivation, the organic matter on the aluminum wall will be mildewed and deteriorated, the aluminum plate will be corroded, and the refrigeration system will be damaged. Moreover, the plastic of the inner casing is easy to age at normal temperature than at low temperature. Therefore, it is best not to let the high temperature and low temperature. The test chamber is "stopped". If you must stop the high and low temperature test chamber, be sure to defrost and clean it, and put it in a dry and ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight. It is best to pass the high and low temperature test chamber once a month, and let the compressor run normally for half an hour to one hour before closing.

Fifth, do not switch frequently

The temperature of the general office in winter is around 0-20 °C, while the operating temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber is relatively high. If it is frequently switched, its internal components may be destroyed in the transition of high and low temperature.
