High and low temperature test chambers As the name suggests, we know that it has the dual functions of heating and cooling, so it is more complicated than a single function oven and oven structure. The high and low temperature test chamber structure can be roughly divided into five parts, which are a control system, a refrigeration system, a heating system, a temperature monitoring system, and an air circulation system.

1. Control system

The control system is undoubtedly the core of the high and low temperature test chamber. The control system determines the important parameters such as the heating rate, accuracy, and program control of the test chamber. Most of the controllers of high and low temperature test chambers now use PID control, and a small number of control methods that combine PID and fuzzy control.

2, refrigeration system

In order to test the tank at a low temperature, the refrigeration system is essential. The refrigeration system is one of the key parts of the high and low temperature test chamber. The cooling method of the test box can be generally divided into mechanical refrigeration and liquid nitrogen auxiliary refrigeration. Mechanical refrigeration is based on vapor compression refrigeration. They are mainly composed of compressors, condensers, throttling mechanisms and evaporators. Since the temperature of our test is as low as -55 °C, single-stage refrigeration is difficult to meet the requirements, so the comprehensive test chamber The cooling method generally uses cascade cooling. Liquid nitrogen refrigeration mainly uses the principle that liquid nitrogen absorbs a large amount of heat from liquid to gas to achieve rapid cooling. In the actual application process, liquid nitrogen refrigeration is usually used as a supplement to the mechanical refrigeration of the compressor. For example, in the rapid temperature change test chamber, liquid nitrogen spray is used as a supplement to achieve the effect of rapid cooling.

3, heating system

Compared with the refrigeration system, the heating system of the high and low temperature test chamber is relatively simple. It mainly consists of high-power electric resistance wire. Because the heating rate required by the test box is large, the heating system of the test box has relatively large power, and the bottom plate of the test box is also provided with a heater.

4, temperature monitoring system

In order to reach the predetermined temperature, the temperature monitoring system is indispensable. The temperature monitoring of the high and low temperature test chamber mainly relies on the temperature sensor, and the sensor senses the temperature inside the box to transmit a real-time signal to the control system to reach the predetermined temperature. More applications of temperature sensors are PT100 and thermocouples.

5, air circulation system

Air circulation systems typically consist of a centrifugal fan and a motor that drives it. It provides a circulation of air inside the test chamber.
