What is the temperature in the high and low temperature test chamber?

Shenzhen Pengjie Precision Instrument Co., Ltd. Popularity: Time: SmallMediumBig

The high and low temperature test chamber is formed by CNC machine tool, which is beautiful in appearance and adopts no reaction handle, which is easy to operate. The inner tank adopts imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer casing of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness. The following mainly describes the four temperature knowledge of the high and low temperature test chamber:

1. Temperature range: refers to the limit temperature that the product studio can tolerate and/or reach. It usually contains a concept that can control constants and should be an extreme value that can operate stably for a relatively long time. Typical temperature ranges include extreme high temperatures and extreme low temperatures.

2. Temperature fluctuation: This indicator is also called temperature stability. After controlling the temperature, the difference between the highest and lowest temperatures at any point in the workspace is given at any time interval. There is a small difference here. "Work space" is not a "studio". It is about a space in the studio that removes 1/10 of the length of each side of the box wall. This indicator assesses the control technology of the product.

3. Temperature uniformity: The old standard is called uniformity, and the new standard is called gradient. After the temperature is stable, the maximum value of the difference between the average values ??of any two points in the workspace at any time interval. This indicator can evaluate the core technology of the product more than the temperature deviation indicator below. Therefore, many companies' samples and programs deliberately hide this item.

4. Temperature deviation: The difference between the average value of the center temperature of the workspace and the average temperature of other points in the workspace at any time interval after the temperature is stable. Although the definitions and names of the indicators are the same for the new and old standards, the tests have changed, the new standards are more practical and more demanding, but the assessment time is short.
